1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Drivekaro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drivekaro mobile applications, websites, and associated tech solutions (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Drivekaro Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("Drivekaro", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, registering as a rider or captain, or using our Platform in Pakistan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Platform.

2. Our Services

Drivekaro provides an intelligent digital platform that connects users (riders/customers) with independent third-party providers (captains/couriers) who offer transportation, intercity travel, and/or logistics delivery services.

**Please note:** Drivekaro is a technology provider. We do not operate transport fleets, courier fleets, or act as a public carrier. All transport and delivery services are rendered by independent contractors (captains) who are not employees of Drivekaro.

3. User Accounts

To use most aspects of the Platform, you must register for and maintain an active personal user services account ("Account"). You must be at least 18 years of age to obtain an Account. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times.

4. Pricing, Payments & Commissions

Use of the Platform may result in charges for the services you receive from the independent captains ("Charges"). Drivekaro will facilitate your payment of the applicable Charges on behalf of the captain as their limited payment collection agent. Fares are calculated upfront based on distance, estimated time, and route conditions.

All Charges are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Drivekaro. Fares are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

5. Captain / Driver Code of Conduct

Captains agree to provide safe, comfortable, and reliable transport or courier delivery. Captains must maintain active, valid driver’s licenses, vehicle registration certificates, and active insurance coverage as required by the provincial and federal laws of Pakistan.

Any violation of safety regulations, passenger harassment, fare inflation, or dangerous driving will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Drivekaro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the Platform or third-party captain services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haroonabad, Pakistan.
