1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to DriveKaro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DriveKaro mobile applications, websites, and related technology (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by Drivekaro Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“DriveKaro”, “we”, “us”), a company based in Haroonabad, Bahawalnagar District, Punjab, Pakistan.
By creating an account or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number for OTP verification.
2. Our Services
DriveKaro provides a technology platform that connects riders with independent driver-partners (“Captains”) who offer transportation, parcel delivery, and intercity travel services. DriveKaro is a technology intermediary — not a transport company, carrier, or employer of Captains.

3. User Accounts
To use the Platform you must register for an account using your phone number. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Keep your contact information up to date
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account — you are responsible for all activity under it
- Immediately notify support@drivekaro.site of any unauthorised access
- Not create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses safety risks to other users.
4. Pricing, Payments & Refunds
Fares are calculated upfront based on distance, estimated time, and vehicle type. The fare shown at booking confirmation is what you pay — no hidden charges, no surge pricing.
Cash only, paid directly to Captain on arrival
Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
Must be raised within 7 days via in-app 'Report Issue'
Free before driver is assigned. Repeat cancellations may lead to temporary suspension.
Processed case-by-case within 7 business days upon verified dispute

5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to ✓
- Use the Platform for lawful transportation and delivery only
- Treat Captains with respect and courtesy
- Provide accurate pickup/dropoff information
- Report safety incidents promptly via in-app tools
- Comply with all Pakistani laws and traffic regulations
You must NOT ✗
- Provide false identity, location, or parcel contents
- Harass, threaten, or abuse any Captain
- Use the Platform to transport illegal goods or persons
- Attempt to manipulate GPS location or fare prices
- Create fake ratings or reviews
- Reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
- Use the Platform for unauthorised commercial resale
Consequences of violation: Immediate suspension, permanent ban, and/or referral to Pakistani law enforcement (FIA, Police) as appropriate. DriveKaro reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal liability.
6. Parcel Delivery Terms
You agree that parcels submitted for delivery comply with the following rules:
Prohibited Items
Illegal contraband · Weapons or ammunition · Controlled substances · Live animals · Human remains · Items valued over PKR 50,000 without written approval · Perishables requiring cold storage
10 kg (standard service)
PKR 50,000 per delivery
PKR 5,000 per delivery for loss/damage
Delivery is confirmed via OTP provided to the sender. DriveKaro is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (weather, road closures, civil unrest).
7. Ratings & Reviews
You may rate Captains after ride completion (1–5 stars). Ratings must be honest and based on your actual ride experience. Submitting false, malicious, or defamatory ratings violates these Terms. DriveKaro reserves the right to investigate and remove any rating suspected of fraud or abuse. A Captain's overall rating is an average of verified trip ratings and directly affects their standing on the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
The DriveKaro name, logo, app design, and all related content are the exclusive property of Drivekaro Tech Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under Pakistani intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for its intended personal purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Platform Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. DriveKaro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, driver availability at any given time, or the accuracy of ETAs or fare estimates.
Captain Services
Transportation and delivery services are performed by independent Captains, not by DriveKaro. DriveKaro is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any Captain.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, DriveKaro's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fare paid for the relevant ride or delivery. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or personal injury (except where caused by our direct negligence).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or as otherwise prohibited by Pakistani law.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time by visiting drivekaro.site/delete-account or emailing privacy@drivekaro.site. DriveKaro may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
Laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan
Courts of Bahawalnagar District, Punjab, Pakistan

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification and email. Continued use of the Platform after notice constitutes acceptance. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
